1 General Terms

This document serves as a legal agreement between the bd bazee platform and its users. Accessing the bd bazee website or mobile application, opening an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any game or bet means you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

bd bazee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified appropriately of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all bd bazee services — casino slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and all other gaming categories. Separate terms may also apply to specific promotional offers.

1.2 Language of Communication

All formal communication with bd bazee may be conducted in Bengali or English. Support is available via 24-hour live chat and email.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, within the same household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate and complete information — full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify bd bazee support immediately. No third party may be given access to your account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bd bazee may at any time request identity verification through a national ID card, passport, or other documents. bd bazee reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process if the required documents are not submitted.

3 Age Verification

bd bazee is a 21+ platform. No person under the age of 21 may use this service. Agreeing at the time of registration means the user confirms they are aged 21 or above.

If bd bazee has reason to doubt the age of an account holder, valid documentation will be requested as proof of age. The account will be restricted until the documents are submitted. If the account holder is found to be a minor, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned, but no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bd bazee supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users confirm that deposited funds come entirely from a legitimate source and are their own money. Using a third party's payment method or transacting from another person's account is not permitted.

4.4 Refund Policy

Once a bonus has been activated, the corresponding deposit is generally non-refundable. In cases of technical error or unauthorised transactions, contact the support team — each case will be reviewed individually.

5 Bonus Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making a total balance of ৳2,500, and a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed before withdrawal is eligible.

5.2 Other Promotions

bd bazee runs regular offers from time to time, such as the weekly bd bazee Reward (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x), bd bazee Weekend Dhamaka (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), and the Cricket Festival Bonus (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15x). Separate terms apply to each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed by bd bazee's system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

bd bazee reserves the right to cancel a bet if clearly erroneous odds are displayed, a technical issue arises, or fraudulent intent is suspected.

6.3 Live Game Rules

In live casino games (including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other studios), the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined according to the server record.

6.4 Slots and RNG Games

In all bd bazee slots and RNG games (including those from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and other providers), the outcome of each spin or round is determined independently and randomly — with no relation to previous results.

6.5 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the result of each event will be determined according to the announcement of the relevant international sports governing body. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake is generally returned.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by bd bazee

bd bazee may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Found to be a minor
• Self-exclusion request
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their own account at any time. To do so, contact bd bazee support. Any remaining eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate such an account.

8 Limitation of Liability

The bd bazee platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. bd bazee is not directly liable for any loss caused by technical issues, network outages, or third-party software.

Any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of participating in gaming and betting is entirely the user's own responsibility. bd bazee never guarantees winnings.

In unforeseen circumstances beyond bd bazee's control (natural disasters, government directives, network issues), the service may be temporarily unavailable, and bd bazee is not obliged to provide compensation for this.

8.1 Accuracy of Information

bd bazee endeavours to keep information published on the website up to date and accurate at all times. However, bd bazee is not obliged to provide compensation for any errors or delays.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal data is governed by bd bazee's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

bd bazee uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Users' data is never sold to third parties.

Documents collected for account verification purposes (such as national ID cards) are stored securely and are not used for any purpose other than identity confirmation.

10 Amendments and Changes

bd bazee reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, bonus offers, payment limits, or other policies at any time. Users will be notified via email or through the platform before any significant change.

Continued use of the platform after new terms and conditions have been published will be taken to mean the user has agreed to the updated terms. If you object to any change, the option to close your account is always available.
